Shipping & Returns Policy

At CYNTHI Clothing Shop, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping options and straightforward returns process.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel (bras, underwear, etc.) from our Intimates + Lounge collection unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship your return – Send to:

  5. Wait for processing – We’ll inspect your return and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional time to appear in your account

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. These will be clearly marked at purchase.
