Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CYNTHI Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note on Intimates + Lounge: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel (bras, underwear, etc.) unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional time to appear in your account

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We will ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
